ISO 9001:2008 REGISTRATION Our certificate number FS 84312 covers the design, development and delivery of English language and communication skills training to corporate clients. Two very important aspects of this standard are customer focus and continuous improvement. We are proud to be able to show that even as a small organisation we meet the same high standards as our customers. Our external auditor is the British Standards Institution.
